Thanks! With a lot of cut-n-paste! Since the pattern is a true fractal and self-similar at all scales, it was just a matter of joining progressively larger sections together. You could take my image, make 9 copies with different orientations, and join them together to make a larger version. I originally thought of writing a computer program to generate it - but the cut-n-paste method was actually quicker for this sized curve.
